Foundation Partners with Thrive Hub

The New Croft Foundation is excited to announce a new partnership with Thrive Hub, aimed at enhancing the lives of adults with disabilities through regular, engaging activities at The New Croft facility.

Thrive Hub Haverhill is renowned for its commitment to enabling those with learning disabilities, physical, and sensory impairments the opportunity to enjoy life, and choose their own activities and pursuits. With a 'person-centred approach,' Thrive Hub ensures that activities can be tailored to meet individual preferences and needs.

The New Croft Foundation will host regular activities designed to engage and empower those at the Thrive Hub. These sessions will include structured football activities focusing on key fundamental skills and will be inclusive to all participants.

Lois Balfour, Head of The New Croft Foundation, shared her excitement about the partnership, saying: “We are thrilled to join forces with Thrive Hub to extend our support to the adults with disabilities in our community. This partnership aligns perfectly with our mission to contribute positively to the community.”

Jade Tyler, Service Co-ordinator of Thrive Hub echoed Lois’ thoughts and said: ‘We are really excited and thrilled to join in partnership with The New Croft, we are thrilled to be part of this exciting new adventure for our attendees to participate in this football club and feel part of the team.”

This partnership is a testament to the shared values and commitment of The New Croft Foundation and Thrive Hub in Haverhill to enhancing the lives of those with disabilities. It is anticipated that this collaboration will not only benefit participants but also set a benchmark for community-based empowerment initiatives.
