Referee Course Opportunity with Suffolk FA

We are delighted to offer the next opportunity to join the Suffolk FA’s referee course at The New Croft. This course is open to children aged 14 and above who are interested in pursuing refereeing as a skill and potential career path.

Course Details

Dates: Tuesday, 5th August (6:30 PM – 9:30 PM) & Sunday, 10th August (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Venue: The New Croft, Haverhill, CB9 0BW Cost: £125 per learner (self-funded)

Participants will have the opportunity to officiate matches at HRFC every Saturday, earning between £15 - £25 per fixture depending on the game format. Many of our current referees officiate 2 to 3 games per weekend, which allows them to quickly recoup the course fee and establish a steady source of income through casual work.

Full basic training, covering both on-pitch and off-pitch learning
Equipment package (flags, whistle, stopwatch, and cards)
