Last week, we were delighted to host a FREE CPD (Continuing Professional Development) session for HRFC youth coaches, led by our Football Development Officer and UEFA B Licensed Coach, Rhys Shulver.
The evening focused on In and Out of Possession Principles of Play, providing practical tools and strategies to implement these concepts within training sessions. Around 10-15 dedicated coaches from the Foundation Phase and Youth Development Phase joined us to enhance their understanding and skills, demonstrating their commitment to delivering top-quality coaching.
At The New Croft Foundation, our CPD events are designed to empower coaches with the knowledge and confidence to grow in their roles. By investing in their development, we help ensure that every young player at HRFC benefits from the best possible learning environment.
