Service Description
Join us for the EJA Tournament taking place on 26th May 2025 (Bank Holiday Monday) with the opportunity to take home £300 in kit/equipment vouchers! Age Groups: U13, U14 ( Morning Fixtures) U15, U16 (Afternoon Fixtures) The festival will be held on our enclosed stadia pitches (grass first team pitch and both 3G pitches), so please ensure players wear appropriate footwear. The event will be played in an 11v11 format (maximum squad of 16) with 10 teams per age group, therefore early registration is recommended. Food and drink will be available to purchase at The New Croft including, fresh pizzas from our pizza oven. Winners of each age group will receive £300 in vouchers for kit/equipment! Remember, our football tournaments are all about having FUN! We encourage players, teams, and spectators to follow the FA Respect Code of Conduct to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Entry Fee: £100 per team

Cancellation Policy
FESTIVALS & TOURNAMENTS CANCELLATION POLICY All festival and tournament bookings must be pre-paid via our booking system on our website. Your team entry fee is non-refundable. On the rare occasion that a festival/tournament is cancelled by The New Croft Foundation, you will be entitled to a full refund, or we can transfer your entry to any new revised date provided. If attendance numbers within a festival/tournament fall below 75% The New Croft Foundation reserves the right to cancel or replace the event. You will lose your advance booking rights if your team fails to attend an event booked on, on more than one occasion without notice.
